4.5 meter dinghy

Hi all have plucked up the courage to post pictures of my build.
This is my first boat full size having only made models before off of planstrial fit of top pannels
Inside of hull coated in epoxy
Had a big scare a few weeks ago when removed covers for first time from Winter layup, everything was covered in mildew and so i have got stuck in and don't think it will be a problem now.
Centre board pivot
The round disk of ply is on both sides of the Centre board case mainly cause i got the wrong size bolt and did not want to grind off 25mm a little extra thickness wont do no harm will it?
Glueing on the top decks
Have painted what will be ballast tanks before glueing on decks, and have covered the exposed epoxy for UV protection, i was not sure how long it takes to degrade with uv

Re: 4.5 meter dinghy

Hi,  She looks great and potentially quite fast. What rig will she have?

Re: 4.5 meter dinghy

She is from dinghy PL and will have a Bermudan rig the designer has been very helpful with a couple of questions i had about self bailers and where to put them, but apart from that the drawings are first class and accurate and free.
I have already got ideas about my next build and have fallen in love with a Paul Gartside 16ft double ended sloop which was in Water craft 84, my wife is going to buy me the plans for my 50th i have not told her yet though.
