Hope it works better on a boat than it does in the kitchen. We bought a similar one a year ago and although the bamboo was good quality, the adhesive holding it together quickly gave up after it was washed and rinsed a few times. Initialy I glued up the first two seams that went, but sadly they were the only ones to stay together, one by one the others all gave way. Seems that China does not use West Epoxy!
