Hmmm, Norfolk to Weston and back is 540 miles = 60L diesel = £80 ...

I agree with Simon - there could be serious water damage that has soaked through the gaps in WBP ply, or at least mould.

And yes the exterior tape is already peeling away which suggests the chap used polyester resin, well known for peeling away when water gets underneath.

It will need quite a bit of work I expect, cheap though.
