I would sell them on Ebay, split up into small lots, with "Gaff sail parts" or similar in each title before you go on to say the detailed part names.
Excellent close-up photos help a lot.
I would set the starting price at a level where, if there is only one bid, you won't be too upset. It's not worth the hassle on Ebay if you sell anything under £5, and setting a starting price of 99p like some people do can end in tears. I would use the starting price, in effect, as my reserve price, people don't like to see "Reserve not met".
I would quote the correct postage at cost in the advert. Whether you agree to requests to ship outside UK is up to you - I have sold small items to the obvious places like Denmark, France, Germany, Australia and so on.
