		I've bought a jolly nice stainless bow roller for MilliBee, with a tilting set of rollers. So as soon as the line tension is released the 5kg Bruce will tilt on the rollers and drop down away from the hull.
 Likewise when hauling in the anchor it should do the reverse and settle back on the rollers, but there should be time to "Haul To" and sort things out.   That will keep the weight were it should be, well forward, and avoid the back-breaking manual methods If the Sun Gods are still happy I should be able to test, with more pics, tomorrow. Paul |

		After quite a bit of fiddling around we got it working nicely.
 The 5kg Bruce anchor can be safely lowered and raised from the cockpit, without much effort. -Paul |

 weekend? I will be interested to see how it handles an infestation of seaweed. It looks as if you should install a metal striker plate where the fluke sits against the bow.
