They say a picture tells a thousand words:

Ouch! I think the weight of water on the cover over the winter has deformed the hull, just behind the dagger board case.
It always had a slight leak, so my gut reaction is:
1. Rip out the case and fit the biggest centreboard possible.
2 Have a bonfire.
The Mirror is fun to sail, goes upwind so well, and its light enough for a splash and dash. So its plan 1 I think?
Advice welcome.
